Nice Company to work with

It was March 2017, when I got an opportunity to work in two different countries. My role was same in both the countries, as I had to teach the English language to the students. But, I decided to go to China as it is a fast-developing country, full of different cultural and traditional values. I went through Haida China reviews before making the final call. Opportunities don’t come often, but when they come you can’t just make a decision without proper knowledge.

I was satisfied with the reviews shared by a number of teachers who had worked with Haida and decided to go there. I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision initially because China and its people are often portrayed as very different from the rest of the world. However, Haida HR made my job easy. Although some of my fears came true pertaining to the difference in language, the training sessions and seminars conducted by the company were often helpful and I didn’t need anything more than that to start teaching the students. The students are generally very thankful and decent. But, there are some institutions where they have to be taught from scratch.
The teachers get a handsome salary, apart from the free accommodation, free TEFL course and frequent trips to beautiful places. This is why Haida is famous for being more than a recruitment company. Haida International education reviews on the internet can prove to be helpful if you want to enrol. In China, there is hardly anyone who doesn’t know about the company.
As far as culture is concerned, it’s just awesome. If you love and respect different cultures than you will find Chinese culture the most interesting. I don’t need to tell you about the food. Is there a place where Chinese food isn’t famous enough? All in all, I think there is nothing to worry about. Complete your timetable and be responsible, and rest everything will be taken care off by this wonderful recruitment company.

Peaceful, yet entertaining life of China

I am one of those guys who is always looking for new opportunities and a platform to prove my credentials as a teacher. In 2016, it was for the first time that I got a huge opportunity to work outside the country with Haida HR. I was raring to go, but the only thing that was worried about is the language barrier. China is a different country altogether, I thought I may find it difficult to interact with the people.

But, all that was just a misconception. I was so shocked to see that there are many other foreigners working there in different industries and sectors. Although their language is actually different, it is not impossible to interact with them like we often hear about Chinese people. The local institute where I started to teach the Chinese students is located in Hangzhou. The students are very friendly and they understand whatever you want to convey. You need to have a good hold on the English language, everything else will fall into place with time.
The free courses, seminars, and training sessions that I had heard about through Haida International Education Reviews, are actually very effective. They prove to be helpful when you are dealing with younger students, who are often new to the English classes. Apart from this, everything else is pretty smooth. The company provides you a decent place to live at, and there are frequent sessions to fix any issues. Not to forget the monthly trips, where all the teachers interact with each other and capture some wonderful memories.
It is not only about work. The life in China is peaceful and entertaining, wherein you can enjoy the adventurous life and still save enough for your future. The experience that you get counts for gold dust when you come back to your native place. All in all, I think Haida HR is doing a fine job and proving to be one of the best recruitment company for foreign teachers.

Best of recruitment companies

My friend is a fun loving and travel enthusiast. He loves exploring new places and corporate life just doesn’t fit into his lifestyle. One day he called me and asked if I was interested in working outside the country. My answer was a straight‘No’. He tried to entice me by talking about all the benefits and promises made by Haida HR China on its website. I wasn’t moved at all. But he refused to give up. One day I just went through some search engines and looked for the company. Everything looked good apart from a few negative reviews, which must have come from some red tapers. I searched a bit more and looked down Haida HR Reviews. It only indicated positivity. I enquired about the induction process, which turned out to be very simple and I was on my way to China with my best buddy. I must say working alongside your buddy is the best experience one can have.

I realized my friend’s decision only when I started working there. The company not only provides a good support to its employees but also offers free training courses and seminars. There are sports programs too. Monthly trips conducted by Haida HR China only add to the benefits. Life in China is not only enjoyable but peaceful as well. No one will stop you from walking down the street even at midnight, which is not the case in the US. With all the studios and clubs, China is not short of entertainment.

The best thing is the salary package which is exciting. You are able to save as you get value for money, especially in Hangzhou. It’s a perfect mix of entertainment and work. I used to think that it must be very difficult to adjust in any other country. But Haida HR makes it very easy for all the foreign teachers who are coming in numbers through their efficient recruitment process. There are times when you may be surrounded by the challenges, but it will only make you better. No job is easy, but one thing is certain in China, which is the job security.
Apart from this, I really believe that educating children is the best possible way for enhancing your knowledge. Keeping yourself busy with little kids is amazing, especially when you are in China, where you have these soft-spoken kids who respect their teachers a lot.

A dynamic life in Hangzhou, China

People are scared of going out of the country to work for long duration. They say what if we are not able to adjust or what if we find the life boring there. Exactly same was the case with me, I was way too comfortable in my motherland and never wanted to leave it.

But there is not much money in corporate and I didn’t had a lot of money to start my own business or invest somewhere. So I had to think about going abroad someday. The offer couldn’t have come at a better time. I had just got my yearly appraisal when I heard about Haida HR, which recruits foreign teachers to work in different cities of China. I knew I needed it badly no matter how scared I was. I signed up the next day and went through with my decision.

Everything happened so quickly and I was on my way to China. I had received a healthy package, so I was happy but there were butterflies in my stomach. When I reached I got great support from Haida HR and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. I was very surprised to see that all the ghosts I had were already gone in my mind. It wasn’t that difficult to be fair. It became a lot easier with training courses of Haida and all the seminars where knowledge sharing sessions were held.

There was peace in my mind and I was really happy to see where I had landed. Today I have already completed 7 months and have explored most of the cities. I absolutely love the Chinese food no matter where I eat it. Haida HR is an efficient recruitment company that knows what the candidates want. In return, I have already taught the English language to at least 100-150 students in these 7 months. The students respond very well and there is no indiscipline in my school.

Life is Great

Shēnghuó hěn hǎo, is how I would describe life in Hangzhou. From what I’ve seen and heard, a foreigner in Hangzhou isn’t looked at with disapproval, unlike other Chinese cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Hangzhou is really warm and welcoming to foreigners and Haida HR offers the best of the Chinese lifestyle. You’ll get to know what a working Chinese adult enjoys when you take Haida HR’s offer.

Once you start your life here, it is better not to compare it with the life back at home. I think that’s why a lot of foreign teachers have difficulty adjusting here. Teaching the Chinese children wasn’t easy as it required a lot of patience and training. Trainers and seniors like Zhou Yang made teaching easy by sharing the psychology and culture followed by the Chinese children.
I instantly fell in love with the scenic beauties Hangzhou has. There are a lot of mountainous escapes that you can explore during your weekends, a perfect chance to relax when the week has been hectic. Hangzhou is the perfect mix of the neon-shimmering city life and countryside beauty.
There were times when I used to get rid of my hangover with long walks by the West Lake. The fresh breeze was an analgesic for me. Sunset used to be so romantic that it made an asexual person like me wish for a partner. I used to listen to suicide boy to the sunset and secretly sip some rum from the hip flask. Used to be the perfect Sunday evenings.
I miss the mixture of sweet fragrances that I used to smell when I passed the perfume stores. The luscious smell of Chinese foods on the snack street was even more inviting.
It’s more about Hangzhou than about Haida HR. I had a smooth experience with this recruiter but I am sure they lack in one way or the other. You’ll have to take your chances, there’s no way around the risk.

Hanging out in China

It’s tough to make friends in a place where they have more than 370,000 words. Even my folks back home told me that I am gonna be back in 2 months and I’ll hate it in China. To be honest, anything is better than a life in Detroit. That crumbling city has nothing to offer, in fact, I feel the states has nothing to offer anymore. That’s why you see Yanks move out of the star-spangled nation more than ever.
Hangzhou is pretty dope. The people are good, the food is even better. I’ve been living here for more than a year. It’s turning out to be the best time of my life coupled with new experiences that are killing my depression.

When I signed Haida, I was scared as hell, since I was a lone wolf in the forest. It took me a long time to adjust to the standard of living. The culture is different and my job as a teacher, although exciting, is challenging. The little children I teach perform outstandingly on their tests when they’re guided right. It makes me really proud.
It’s still scary, but now I have new homies. I’ve found friends in Haida-mates from all around the world, especially Antoine, the chilled-out but responsible dude from Lyon, France.
I’ve been traveling to different places in Hangzhou, trying out different street food, the local eateries, the high-end cuisine, and the home-cooked food Mrs. Yi makes a few blocks away from my apartment. The delicacies of Hangzhou are too good to be missed, especially the juicy Xiaolongbao. The dim sums here are like forbidden fruits. They’re too delicious, but eating too much might give a hard time on the pot.
I had a great time at the Leifeng Pagoda, most of the pictures you click here are photogenic. Make sure you don’t miss the West Lake and Qiandao Lake. The diving experience at Qingdao was different than what I had in Jamaica. It’s a lagoon so some places can get muddy.
If you’re signing up with Haida, let me warn you, it’s not a walk in the park. Take the contract if you’re looking for something entirely different in life. Good luck!

Summing my experience with Haida HR in one word – Incredible!

Hailing from a small town in Australia, Haida opened doors of new possibilities for me. I was initially skeptical about what China would ha...
