Amazing Experience

My experience of working with Haida HR has been amazing. I was teaching English at a school in Hangzhou, China. Each class had about 40 students, eager to learn. Together, we worked in harmony, as a true team learning and sharing knowledge with Chinese students. I didn’t just teach those children English, we also used to explore various countries, cultures and their celebrations.

While my teaching work was limited to three days a week, I spent the rest of my weekdays in China taking in the sights and learning about Chinese culture. There was a lot to learn from – their language, their food, their festivals, and related rituals. Thankfully, Haida HR helped me at every step.
The schoolkids in China enjoy learning. We had an enjoyable learning experience together. The fellow Chinese teachers even allowed kids from their classes to come to my classroom during the classes. It was wonderful. This is an experience I will always remember.

It had taken me a lot of courage to take this plunge – working out of my city, my country. But it took even more courage for me to leave China after spending such a great time teaching there. Thank you for the incredible experience, Haida HR!

An Art Teacher in Hagzhou

I found Haida HR after my graduation in London. I always wanted to explore China, especially Hangzhou. Which I have heard has the best panoramic spots to enjoy. After 3 months of my graduation, I registered with Haida HR through their website. It was a bit complicated and made m anxious, I won’t deny, but I was helped by the Haida executive. Amy, all the way. I was able to take up the job of an arts and crafts teacher at a leading Hangzhou school. It’s quite an interesting job as my students are excited bunch. They do create a ruckus at times and it’s difficult for me to control them, but at the end of the day, I am the guy in their life who makes a difference, who releases their inner artist.
As for my personal life in Haida, it’s been okay. Haven’t been able to find a girlfriend yet because I am somewhat ugly (lol), but there are lots of fishes in the sea. Everyone is nice at Haida, especially the community of teachers and other educationists. Before you join Haida, I suggest everyone to get a feel of China first. I had friends who complained about the Chinese life even when they were getting so much from Haida.

Jobs with Haida HR are a life changing opportunity

Teaching children is something I am very passionate about. Living here in China and working with Haida HR is the best experience in teaching so far. I wanted to move out of my home country since I have always loved exploring new places, people, cities, cultures, etc. I was searching for a job when I came across Haida China reviews. Reading the positive experiences made me research more about it.

I applied for the position of a sports teacher and my process was initiated in no time. The induction began after all the formalities were completed and I could see the passion with which I was being trained. Once I reached China, it all seemed like a real adventure for me. Along with my job, I started exploring places and loved every bit of it. Even today, I make time for trips every now and then. The school that I am assigned to is in a great location. The students are really welcoming and my colleagues make sure I never feel away from home.

Apart from the time we spend in school, what makes working with Haida HR China amazing is their policies. They make sure all their employees get ample time to live their lives. Organizing parties, activities, meetups and more, all the teachers working with Haida HR receive the best services. The accommodation provided to all the teachers is also up to the mark.

What sets Haida HR China apart from all the other companies is that they prepare all the teachers for the new life in China. They train them with all the necessary skill sets and help them adapt to this new way of life.

I am really happy I came across Haida HR. China has been really amazing and with Haida, it has become even better. I am earning good, working as a teacher, which was always a dream, and also learning a new thing every day. My career is certainly at a new height since the time I joined Haida HR.

Life is Great

Shēnghuó hěn hǎo, is how I would describe life in Hangzhou. From what I’ve seen and heard, a foreigner in Hangzhou isn’t looked at with disapproval, unlike other Chinese cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Hangzhou is really warm and welcoming to foreigners and Haida HR offers the best of the Chinese lifestyle. You’ll get to know what a working Chinese adult enjoys when you take Haida HR’s offer.

Once you start your life here, it is better not to compare it with the life back at home. I think that’s why a lot of foreign teachers have difficulty adjusting here. Teaching the Chinese children wasn’t easy as it required a lot of patience and training. Trainers and seniors like Zhou Yang made teaching easy by sharing the psychology and culture followed by the Chinese children.
I instantly fell in love with the scenic beauties Hangzhou has. There are a lot of mountainous escapes that you can explore during your weekends, a perfect chance to relax when the week has been hectic. Hangzhou is the perfect mix of the neon-shimmering city life and countryside beauty.
There were times when I used to get rid of my hangover with long walks by the West Lake. The fresh breeze was an analgesic for me. Sunset used to be so romantic that it made an asexual person like me wish for a partner. I used to listen to suicide boy to the sunset and secretly sip some rum from the hip flask. Used to be the perfect Sunday evenings.
I miss the mixture of sweet fragrances that I used to smell when I passed the perfume stores. The luscious smell of Chinese foods on the snack street was even more inviting.
It’s more about Hangzhou than about Haida HR. I had a smooth experience with this recruiter but I am sure they lack in one way or the other. You’ll have to take your chances, there’s no way around the risk.

Summing my experience with Haida HR in one word – Incredible!

Hailing from a small town in Australia, Haida opened doors of new possibilities for me. I was initially skeptical about what China would ha...
