Summing my experience with Haida HR in one word – Incredible!

Hailing from a small town in Australia, Haida opened doors of new possibilities for me. I was initially skeptical about what China would have in store for me? Always wanting to explore the culture, I invested my trust in Haida HR to help accomplish my dream of teaching in a foreign land.
I was appointed as an English teacher in China. The employees at Haida were very supportive and encouraging. They are accustomed to our foreign culture as the company successfully hires many foreign teachers annually.

Completely unaware of the new-land, Haida HR helped me at every step of my transition, from accommodation to making me comfortable, and at home (even when I was away from mine). The company helped me through the documentation, paperwork, and every other information I sought. Being in a culturally different country comes with its own challenges and opportunities. With Haida, I can proudly profess that challenges were rather mitigated, and all I saw was opportunities ahead of me.
Getting familiar with Chinese tradition and adapting a teaching style according to their culture required extra efforts. But once you firm your grip, it will turn out to be a pleasant exchange of cultures between you, and your students.
China is rich in its heritage. Coming to the country was an incredible decision I made, which I could have never witnessed staying back in Perth. Haida helped me get acquainted with people so much so that now I think of them as my own! I have been working with the organization for 2 years, and I recommend it to all the fellow foreign teachers who are willing to work in China.

Teaching in China: My experience with Haida HR

Hello everyone! I am a PT teacher from Adelaide, Australia, and I’m sharing my experience of Haida HR with you all.

My job in China with Haida HR is my 1st job abroad. I had never even thought of leaving my country. Being a teacher was always my goal because it feels great to give something back. I was already working with a school when I came to know about Haida.
I joined Haida HR just over 6 months ago and I have no bad things to say about them. With my employer in China, during the initial days, it was a little hard to get my point across and I think this is due to the cultural differences which are completely understandable.
However, the best thing is about Haida is that most of their Chinese employees have studied or at least lived abroad which makes a huge difference. The staff listens to you and they have a great understanding of how western society works.
Haida HR help you every step of the way from getting proper accommodation to the little things such as setting up a bank account and phone. Any minor issues that I have had, Haida has done its best in helping me overcome these problems. This has been nothing short of a weight lifted from my shoulders because being in a culturally different country can sometimes be challenging.
Life with Haida has been nothing short of a joyride. I was posted in Hangzhou – a city with a rich history, culture, and tradition. Hangzhou has a lot to offer. It’s an amalgamation of awesome bars and sightseeing spots. Chinese food here is nothing like the takeouts we used to have back in Adelaide – it’s more nutritious, authentic and yum.

I am really thankful for Haida being so helpful to me as well as for other employees. I would definitely recommend this opportunity to teachers back at home to experience this themselves.

How working in China with Haida HR changed my life

As a Math teacher recruited by Haida Interact International, I would really love to share my experience and thoughts with all the teachers out there who don't know much about Haida HR and are skeptical about the prospect of leaving their homeland to work in China.

I joined this big, happy family in May this year. Just like anyone else might have done, I also went through a fair share of reviews and testimonials online before taking the plunge. However, after working for all these months with Haida HR, I feel myself to be in the position of writing a testimonial about the company.
Haida HR has been in every way much more than a normal recruitment company. It has been a family to me. Through Haida, I have gone through a life-changing experience – working in a lovely country like China, and getting acquainted with an amazing culture!
Haida offers you a wholesome work experience that’s enriching and fun in equal parts. Never had I ever dreamt of working so distantly in a completely different culture. But the support and care I received from Haida made everything easier for me and my fellow teachers. So if you ask me, I would highly recommend working with Haida HR.

How Haida HR introduced me to a new world

I am a Physical Education teacher from Brisbane. Two of my friends were working with Haida HR when they told me about the firm. I came to know from them, that the company arranges for every single thing including lodgings and paperwork. The company also offered them a good salary.
Working in a far-off land like China was an interesting prospect for me, and listening to my friends’ experience there with Haida made me want it even more. I made up my mind and decided to dig deeper into the company. The reviews I read online helped me take the big leap – getting myself registered with Haida HR, and I was hired within a month or so.
My experience with Haida HR turned out to be just what my friends had told me. The company is very supportive of foreign teachers in China. The officials are kind and encouraging. People at Haida HR helped me a lot in adjusting to the Chinese way of living, which seemed to be a humungous task at first because I didn’t even know how to speak or understand the Chinese language.

Nevertheless, I am loving it out here. China is an amazing country to work in, and I feel lucky to have got Haida HR as my recruitment agency because these people are so reliable. I have never had to worry about anything during my last 6 months in China because Haida takes care of everything.

Amazing Experience

My experience of working with Haida HR has been amazing. I was teaching English at a school in Hangzhou, China. Each class had about 40 students, eager to learn. Together, we worked in harmony, as a true team learning and sharing knowledge with Chinese students. I didn’t just teach those children English, we also used to explore various countries, cultures and their celebrations.

While my teaching work was limited to three days a week, I spent the rest of my weekdays in China taking in the sights and learning about Chinese culture. There was a lot to learn from – their language, their food, their festivals, and related rituals. Thankfully, Haida HR helped me at every step.
The schoolkids in China enjoy learning. We had an enjoyable learning experience together. The fellow Chinese teachers even allowed kids from their classes to come to my classroom during the classes. It was wonderful. This is an experience I will always remember.

It had taken me a lot of courage to take this plunge – working out of my city, my country. But it took even more courage for me to leave China after spending such a great time teaching there. Thank you for the incredible experience, Haida HR!

My personal experience with Haida HR

I am a Math teacher from Vancouver. I came to know about Haida HR through a friend who was already working with them. He told me all about how Haida HR arranged everything for him – be it his Visa or even his lodgings in China. Moreover, he was getting a pretty good salary there.
After hearing it all from my friend I was fascinated by the prospect of working out of the states. I decided to dig deeper and so I sifted through tons of reviews about Haida HR online. Most of these were positive, so I decided to take the big leap.
I decided to shift my base to China through Haida HR because I found the idea to be just awesome! I mean, who wouldn’t like to explore a new country along with earning some big money? I got hired by Haida within a month of applying for job.
Just like my friend had told me, Haida HR turned out to be a reliable recruitment agency. The firm arranged for everything I might need for working in China like Visa, work permits, lodgings and even food. I didn’t have to worry about anything even for a single moment.
Working with Haida HR has been the best thing that has happened to me. Teaching in China is a unique experience altogether. Haida HR has given me a chance to get an insight into the Chinese culture, apart from the obviously great job opportunity. I have been working with them from last 3 years now.

An Art Teacher in Hagzhou

I found Haida HR after my graduation in London. I always wanted to explore China, especially Hangzhou. Which I have heard has the best panoramic spots to enjoy. After 3 months of my graduation, I registered with Haida HR through their website. It was a bit complicated and made m anxious, I won’t deny, but I was helped by the Haida executive. Amy, all the way. I was able to take up the job of an arts and crafts teacher at a leading Hangzhou school. It’s quite an interesting job as my students are excited bunch. They do create a ruckus at times and it’s difficult for me to control them, but at the end of the day, I am the guy in their life who makes a difference, who releases their inner artist.
As for my personal life in Haida, it’s been okay. Haven’t been able to find a girlfriend yet because I am somewhat ugly (lol), but there are lots of fishes in the sea. Everyone is nice at Haida, especially the community of teachers and other educationists. Before you join Haida, I suggest everyone to get a feel of China first. I had friends who complained about the Chinese life even when they were getting so much from Haida.

Good Experience with Haida

I am from Toronto, Canada. I enrolled through Haida International 2 years back. The experience has been wonderful for me. I came to know about this human resource company from social media and it grabbed my attention instantly. Although I enrolled through their website, I wasn't sure about my future in China as I wasn't a certified teaching professional. I was very good at English, but certification is of utmost importance if you are looking to teach outside the country.
However, soon I came to know about the free TEFL certification provided by Haida, through Haida International education reviews. I was very happy and decided to pack my bag. When I reached there, I realized that it was more than just a recruitment agency. It was the first institution to offer a free China TEFL course, possibly the only free TEFL course in the world.

They offered me a  highly recognized certification through this course. Soon I was on my way to Shanghai from Hangzhou. I started teaching students while living in a free accommodation provided to me by Haida International company. I loved the overall culture and values of the country. My job is pretty peaceful and all the students respond to what the teachers have to say. All in all, it turned out to be a very good decision to enroll through Haida.

Jobs with Haida HR are a life changing opportunity

Teaching children is something I am very passionate about. Living here in China and working with Haida HR is the best experience in teaching so far. I wanted to move out of my home country since I have always loved exploring new places, people, cities, cultures, etc. I was searching for a job when I came across Haida China reviews. Reading the positive experiences made me research more about it.

I applied for the position of a sports teacher and my process was initiated in no time. The induction began after all the formalities were completed and I could see the passion with which I was being trained. Once I reached China, it all seemed like a real adventure for me. Along with my job, I started exploring places and loved every bit of it. Even today, I make time for trips every now and then. The school that I am assigned to is in a great location. The students are really welcoming and my colleagues make sure I never feel away from home.

Apart from the time we spend in school, what makes working with Haida HR China amazing is their policies. They make sure all their employees get ample time to live their lives. Organizing parties, activities, meetups and more, all the teachers working with Haida HR receive the best services. The accommodation provided to all the teachers is also up to the mark.

What sets Haida HR China apart from all the other companies is that they prepare all the teachers for the new life in China. They train them with all the necessary skill sets and help them adapt to this new way of life.

I am really happy I came across Haida HR. China has been really amazing and with Haida, it has become even better. I am earning good, working as a teacher, which was always a dream, and also learning a new thing every day. My career is certainly at a new height since the time I joined Haida HR.

Good company with good services

Haida International is a very good company in China’s Hangzhou. It's more than just a common recruitment company. It not only recruits candidates but offers a number of services to them.

When I went to China after going through Haida International Education Reviews, the only thing I was worried about was the accommodation. Because it is not only difficult to get a decent accommodation when you travel outside the country, but the price you have to pay is hefty. But, I was pretty happy to see that the company provides a decent accommodation, which is totally free of cost and in the middle of the city.
It was really unbelievable for me as I realized I could save more from the salary I earn as I don’t have to pay for the accommodation. The accommodation provided by Haida is not just a makeshift room but a reasonable place to spend your time. You get a very nice attached kitchen and washroom with all the amenities. There is adequate space in the apartment wherein you can easily do your regular activities on have fun on the weekends. You can do a decent workout and get some sunlight as well.

I have everything else I need at my home. All in all, Haida International equips you with all the necessary things and makes nice arrangements so that you are able to work your way through with ease and comfort. I have gone through all the training sessions, seminars and whatnot, which have kept me in good stead. It is not that difficult to manage yourself in China. The best part is that the company conducts monthly trips for all the employees to get some time off from the daily routine, which is absolutely terrific.

Nice Company to work with

It was March 2017, when I got an opportunity to work in two different countries. My role was same in both the countries, as I had to teach the English language to the students. But, I decided to go to China as it is a fast-developing country, full of different cultural and traditional values. I went through Haida China reviews before making the final call. Opportunities don’t come often, but when they come you can’t just make a decision without proper knowledge.

I was satisfied with the reviews shared by a number of teachers who had worked with Haida and decided to go there. I wasn’t sure if I made the right decision initially because China and its people are often portrayed as very different from the rest of the world. However, Haida HR made my job easy. Although some of my fears came true pertaining to the difference in language, the training sessions and seminars conducted by the company were often helpful and I didn’t need anything more than that to start teaching the students. The students are generally very thankful and decent. But, there are some institutions where they have to be taught from scratch.
The teachers get a handsome salary, apart from the free accommodation, free TEFL course and frequent trips to beautiful places. This is why Haida is famous for being more than a recruitment company. Haida International education reviews on the internet can prove to be helpful if you want to enrol. In China, there is hardly anyone who doesn’t know about the company.
As far as culture is concerned, it’s just awesome. If you love and respect different cultures than you will find Chinese culture the most interesting. I don’t need to tell you about the food. Is there a place where Chinese food isn’t famous enough? All in all, I think there is nothing to worry about. Complete your timetable and be responsible, and rest everything will be taken care off by this wonderful recruitment company.

Peaceful, yet entertaining life of China

I am one of those guys who is always looking for new opportunities and a platform to prove my credentials as a teacher. In 2016, it was for the first time that I got a huge opportunity to work outside the country with Haida HR. I was raring to go, but the only thing that was worried about is the language barrier. China is a different country altogether, I thought I may find it difficult to interact with the people.

But, all that was just a misconception. I was so shocked to see that there are many other foreigners working there in different industries and sectors. Although their language is actually different, it is not impossible to interact with them like we often hear about Chinese people. The local institute where I started to teach the Chinese students is located in Hangzhou. The students are very friendly and they understand whatever you want to convey. You need to have a good hold on the English language, everything else will fall into place with time.
The free courses, seminars, and training sessions that I had heard about through Haida International Education Reviews, are actually very effective. They prove to be helpful when you are dealing with younger students, who are often new to the English classes. Apart from this, everything else is pretty smooth. The company provides you a decent place to live at, and there are frequent sessions to fix any issues. Not to forget the monthly trips, where all the teachers interact with each other and capture some wonderful memories.
It is not only about work. The life in China is peaceful and entertaining, wherein you can enjoy the adventurous life and still save enough for your future. The experience that you get counts for gold dust when you come back to your native place. All in all, I think Haida HR is doing a fine job and proving to be one of the best recruitment company for foreign teachers.

Best of recruitment companies

My friend is a fun loving and travel enthusiast. He loves exploring new places and corporate life just doesn’t fit into his lifestyle. One day he called me and asked if I was interested in working outside the country. My answer was a straight‘No’. He tried to entice me by talking about all the benefits and promises made by Haida HR China on its website. I wasn’t moved at all. But he refused to give up. One day I just went through some search engines and looked for the company. Everything looked good apart from a few negative reviews, which must have come from some red tapers. I searched a bit more and looked down Haida HR Reviews. It only indicated positivity. I enquired about the induction process, which turned out to be very simple and I was on my way to China with my best buddy. I must say working alongside your buddy is the best experience one can have.

I realized my friend’s decision only when I started working there. The company not only provides a good support to its employees but also offers free training courses and seminars. There are sports programs too. Monthly trips conducted by Haida HR China only add to the benefits. Life in China is not only enjoyable but peaceful as well. No one will stop you from walking down the street even at midnight, which is not the case in the US. With all the studios and clubs, China is not short of entertainment.

The best thing is the salary package which is exciting. You are able to save as you get value for money, especially in Hangzhou. It’s a perfect mix of entertainment and work. I used to think that it must be very difficult to adjust in any other country. But Haida HR makes it very easy for all the foreign teachers who are coming in numbers through their efficient recruitment process. There are times when you may be surrounded by the challenges, but it will only make you better. No job is easy, but one thing is certain in China, which is the job security.
Apart from this, I really believe that educating children is the best possible way for enhancing your knowledge. Keeping yourself busy with little kids is amazing, especially when you are in China, where you have these soft-spoken kids who respect their teachers a lot.

A dynamic life in Hangzhou, China

People are scared of going out of the country to work for long duration. They say what if we are not able to adjust or what if we find the life boring there. Exactly same was the case with me, I was way too comfortable in my motherland and never wanted to leave it.

But there is not much money in corporate and I didn’t had a lot of money to start my own business or invest somewhere. So I had to think about going abroad someday. The offer couldn’t have come at a better time. I had just got my yearly appraisal when I heard about Haida HR, which recruits foreign teachers to work in different cities of China. I knew I needed it badly no matter how scared I was. I signed up the next day and went through with my decision.

Everything happened so quickly and I was on my way to China. I had received a healthy package, so I was happy but there were butterflies in my stomach. When I reached I got great support from Haida HR and they did their best to make me feel comfortable. I was very surprised to see that all the ghosts I had were already gone in my mind. It wasn’t that difficult to be fair. It became a lot easier with training courses of Haida and all the seminars where knowledge sharing sessions were held.

There was peace in my mind and I was really happy to see where I had landed. Today I have already completed 7 months and have explored most of the cities. I absolutely love the Chinese food no matter where I eat it. Haida HR is an efficient recruitment company that knows what the candidates want. In return, I have already taught the English language to at least 100-150 students in these 7 months. The students respond very well and there is no indiscipline in my school.

Life is Great

Shēnghuó hěn hǎo, is how I would describe life in Hangzhou. From what I’ve seen and heard, a foreigner in Hangzhou isn’t looked at with disapproval, unlike other Chinese cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Hangzhou is really warm and welcoming to foreigners and Haida HR offers the best of the Chinese lifestyle. You’ll get to know what a working Chinese adult enjoys when you take Haida HR’s offer.

Once you start your life here, it is better not to compare it with the life back at home. I think that’s why a lot of foreign teachers have difficulty adjusting here. Teaching the Chinese children wasn’t easy as it required a lot of patience and training. Trainers and seniors like Zhou Yang made teaching easy by sharing the psychology and culture followed by the Chinese children.
I instantly fell in love with the scenic beauties Hangzhou has. There are a lot of mountainous escapes that you can explore during your weekends, a perfect chance to relax when the week has been hectic. Hangzhou is the perfect mix of the neon-shimmering city life and countryside beauty.
There were times when I used to get rid of my hangover with long walks by the West Lake. The fresh breeze was an analgesic for me. Sunset used to be so romantic that it made an asexual person like me wish for a partner. I used to listen to suicide boy to the sunset and secretly sip some rum from the hip flask. Used to be the perfect Sunday evenings.
I miss the mixture of sweet fragrances that I used to smell when I passed the perfume stores. The luscious smell of Chinese foods on the snack street was even more inviting.
It’s more about Hangzhou than about Haida HR. I had a smooth experience with this recruiter but I am sure they lack in one way or the other. You’ll have to take your chances, there’s no way around the risk.

Hanging out in China

It’s tough to make friends in a place where they have more than 370,000 words. Even my folks back home told me that I am gonna be back in 2 months and I’ll hate it in China. To be honest, anything is better than a life in Detroit. That crumbling city has nothing to offer, in fact, I feel the states has nothing to offer anymore. That’s why you see Yanks move out of the star-spangled nation more than ever.
Hangzhou is pretty dope. The people are good, the food is even better. I’ve been living here for more than a year. It’s turning out to be the best time of my life coupled with new experiences that are killing my depression.

When I signed Haida, I was scared as hell, since I was a lone wolf in the forest. It took me a long time to adjust to the standard of living. The culture is different and my job as a teacher, although exciting, is challenging. The little children I teach perform outstandingly on their tests when they’re guided right. It makes me really proud.
It’s still scary, but now I have new homies. I’ve found friends in Haida-mates from all around the world, especially Antoine, the chilled-out but responsible dude from Lyon, France.
I’ve been traveling to different places in Hangzhou, trying out different street food, the local eateries, the high-end cuisine, and the home-cooked food Mrs. Yi makes a few blocks away from my apartment. The delicacies of Hangzhou are too good to be missed, especially the juicy Xiaolongbao. The dim sums here are like forbidden fruits. They’re too delicious, but eating too much might give a hard time on the pot.
I had a great time at the Leifeng Pagoda, most of the pictures you click here are photogenic. Make sure you don’t miss the West Lake and Qiandao Lake. The diving experience at Qingdao was different than what I had in Jamaica. It’s a lagoon so some places can get muddy.
If you’re signing up with Haida, let me warn you, it’s not a walk in the park. Take the contract if you’re looking for something entirely different in life. Good luck!

A bored Frenchman’s tasteful life in Hangzhou

When English isn’t your first language and you’re selected to be an English teacher in a land far away, the experience can be really exciting. Being French, I’ve had a few problems dealing with pronunciations of English words, but my nationality and culture can never compromise my prowess in spoken and written English. I enjoy teaching English to little children in my village so they can experience everything our little blue planet has to offer. I took the call too when I found Haida HR, the recruitment company online forums had been talking about.

I had seen a good share of negatives about this Hangzhou-based company, which really didn’t convince me. I suspected that most of these badmouths were posted by people who mainly had problems with the Cooperation Agreement of Teacher’s Dispatch and other things. Instead of heeding these reviews, I tracked people currently working in Hangzhou with the help of Haida HR. Turns out they love their job in China.
I am not much of a sinophile, but I love Kung Fu movies and Chinese cuisine. China has some beautiful panoramic places, which made it easy for me to settle in. Hangzhou features a long roster of eye-grabbing sceneries like the West Lake, Lingyin Temple, Six Harmonies Pagoda, and the tea plantations. All of these places proved that there is more than it meets the eye in Hangzhou. People who complained about the food in the forums have obviously not tried dumplings at XinFeng XiaoChi.
You might have heard this earlier from other Haida HR recruits, the company takes care of your mind-numbing forms and Visa issues. It’s true but like other red tapers, the process isn’t smooth. They do get the job done though. I got the accommodation as it was promised, the room was aptly furnished and really simple.

Life has been going really good and it’s beating the monotony I’ve felt back home. Hangzhou has been a good change for me, especially the eye candy and food. I’ll stay here for a few more years I guess. Hope the UAE has a Haida HR-like company that recruits foreign teachers for its students.

With Haida HR China, foreign teachers have found the right balance between work and adventure

For an adventure enthusiast, it can be hard to find the perfect balance between a personal and professional life. Haida HR China is one such company, which is providing a great opportunity to the foreign teachers to work and explore at the same time.

Haida HR, the recruitment company plans trips and tours for its foreign employees, offering them a great chance to discover one of the most amazing parts of the world. Around 2,000 teachers from all over the world have been attracted by this recruitment company, for their different approach and methodology. The foreign teachers feel more confident about coming to China and living a life of their dreams.
The company believes in keeping its employees happy and engaged by allowing them to explore the country every now and then, as travel is the most valued part of working in a different country.
One such activity took place recently when the Hangzhou-based company decided to arrange a hiking trip for the foreign teachers. The main reason behind planning such a trip was to help the teachers break free from classroom routine. The teachers were taken to Yuhuang hill (Jade Emperor Hill) and all the teachers had lunch together while soaking in the beauty of mountainsides.
The teachers of Haida HR also played different games enroute to the peak of the mountain. “The task of climbing was made easier as the hill has built-in stone steps. It took around one and a half hour to complete the climb, and it was worth the time,” exclaimed David Ashbridge, one of the English teachers working at Shanghai.

“It gives something to remember, and refresh our minds. These kind of trips are important and every company should conduct such trips for their employees”, said Kevin Zhang, a general science teacher. Haida HR China has been emerging as one of the most successful human resource companies in China and out of the box thinking will only strengthen their dominance.

Haida HR: A recruitment company worthy of good reviews

I was scared of Haida HR  once. I had heard of shady recruitment companies entangling skilled individuals and shipping them to the Middle East, who would later be treated as corporate slaves. Sometimes they were literally treated like slaves, made to shine the boots of superiors apart from their day job.

Yet here I am, sitting in my comfortable Hangzhou home with a cup of Longjing tea and waiting for the weekdays to come, because I have so much to teach my class, especially this sweet little girl called Xiu Ling who always brings me little Júhuā flowers.
It was a nervous day stepping out of the Hangzhou Airport. I remember the driver, Li Qiang, a scrawny man in his 30s who showed me the beauty of Qiantang River, and tried to express his patriotic and hospitable feelings in broken English. The Chinese work diligently and smart; it’s one of the reasons why I turned into a sinophile.
Haida HR initiated me as a foreign English teacher in a reputable school. While I had my TEFL cleared, I’ve heard Haida HR gives free TEFL training to those who register with them.  I did not want their accommodation to be very honest, did not want an eye on me. But yes, I’ve been to fellow Haida HR recruits and their residence looks beautiful.
I am slowly getting accustomed to the food here though. The taste is way different than what I had back home. Apparently, it’s spicy and there are a distinct number of flavors that wag your sense. Back at home the Man Chow Soup and noodles were not so adventurous. Talking about adventure, Haida HR also organizes supposedly exciting excursions. I am yet to go right now.
I wanted to make this into a short review but there is so much that want to say about Haida HR China. I know you’ll feel uncomfortable about the bulk stacks of paperwork that might come your way, but registering to Haida also earns you free paperwork services.
If you want to know more about how Haida HR will help with a teaching career in China, make sure you drop a line in the comments. zài jiàn!
